Hello guys, I hope you are doing well!
Today I am testing out more Korean sheet masks. I already did a couple other blog posts where I review sheet masks and you guys always seem to enjoy them. You can check out the previous posts here and here.
If you know me well or have read my blog before, then you’ll know I love a good sheet mask! They’re so convenient and easy to use, plus there are so many different kinds. You can buy them in a lot of beauty stores such as Sephora or Ulta, I like to order mine on a Swiss online shop called Niasha, specialized in Korean beauty.
Remember to apply any mask on a freshly cleansed face and make sure to follow with your normal skin care routine after the mask!
Please let me know if you’ve tried any of these masks before, I’d love to hear your thoughts. So without further ado, here are my thoughts on these Korean sheet masks!
- Jumiso Rich Nourishment Sheet Mask: Very cute packaging, fits my face nicely (most sheet masks are way too big for my face haha), pleasant scent (fresh and not too strong), left it on for 20 mins, when I removed it there wasn’t a lot of excess product so it was easy to massage it into my skin, it absorbed quickly. Didn’t leave my skin sticky nor red!
Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask EX Green Tea: Very light scent, feels super refreshing on my skin, left it on for about 15 mins, there wasn’t too much excess product so I just massaged it into my skin and down my neck. My skin felt a little sticky afterwards but it wasn’t red at all, it felt nice and hydrated!
Innisfree My Real Squeeze Mask EX Ginseng: Faint scent, creamy texture, sheet feels very soft (almost like cotton). Left it on for about 15 mins (it said 10-20 mins on the packaging) and there was hardly any excess product on my skin. It was very easy to massage it in, it felt like applying a light cream. My skin didn’t feel sticky and wasn’t red.
BaruLab AHA BHA: I applied my essence right before this sheet mask, nice scent, lots of product on the sheet (clear gel formula), tingled a little bit the first few seconds I put it on but after the tingling went away. This is an exfoliating formula, I left it on for 15 mins. Lots of leftover product on my skin but I was able to massage it completely into my skin. My skin wasn’t red at all and felt really soft, I followed directly with my moisturizer.
COSRX Triple Hyaluronic Water Wave Sheet Mask: no fragrance (great if your skin tends to be sensitive), clear gel formula, sheet was easy to unfold. Applied my essence before the sheet mask. Left the mask on for 10 mins, there wasn’t a lot of excess product so it was easy to massage it into my skin. My skin didn’t feel sticky at all. Followed with my moisturizer.
And there you go, these were my thoughts on a couple of Korean sheet masks. Please let me know what your favorite sheet mask is, I’d love to know😊
Thank you so much for reading, have a great day/night and I will talk to you in my next blog post!
