What to Eat
Photo from Sally’s Baking Addiction blog
- First recipe I made was this amazing garlic rosemary herb focaccia, recipe found on one of my fave food blogs: Sally’s Baking Addiction. The recipe is quite simple, it just takes a few hours to make (letting the dough rise and rest,…) and it is really good! You can totally add more toppings such as tomatoes, basil, cheese,…
- Second recipe that I made is this simple bagel recipe from The Cook’s Treat blog. I love bagels and I had no idea how simple it is to make them! This recipe is super easy and every step is explained clearly. I love to add sesame & poppy seeds as toppings but you can also add pretty much everything you’d like!
- Another recipe, maybe a little more on the healthy side is a simple vegan raspberry smoothie. I actually made this the other day without looking at any recipe and thank goodness it was good haha! I used: 1 cup of frozen raspberries, 1/2 cup of almond milk (add a drizzle more if it’s too thick to blend), 1 TBSP of maple syrup, and that’s it! Just blend everything together until you reach the consistency you like.
- The last recipe I made combines my two favorite things: raspberries & matcha! It’s a raspberry and matcha cake from the blog Patty Saveurs. It’s super light and fluffy. Absolutely loved it, I will definitely make again because the recipe is super simple!
What to Watch

- Chilling Adventures of Sabrina: Similar style to Riverdale but with witches. I really loved all seasons, can’t wait for the next one!
- Friends: My all time favorite series, if you like comedy series I cannot recommend it more, even though you’ve probably seen it already! I love to pick random episodes to watch and I know I’ll always have a good laugh.
- Gossip Girl: Also really popular, it’s a series I know I’ll keep re-watching again and again. Super entertaining and you don’t need to rack your brain to understand it!
- Harry Potter series: I couldn’t just leave this post without mentioning Harry Potter, could I? I’m always up for a good Harry Potter marathon!
- Despicable Me series & The Minion Movie: One of my favorite animation film series. It’s really funny and entertaining, even though I am not a kid anymore I still enjoy watching them! Who doesn’t love Minions?
- Back to the Future series: I love so many movies from the 80s and this series is probably on the top of my list. I love the music, the clothes, the atmosphere,… The story is so good, it’s one of these movies that I know that I’ll be watching again and again!
- Yesterday: This movie is quite recent, I watched it only twice I think. If you love the Beatles, then you’ll love this movie! It’s really funny and moving, loved it.
- Bohemian Rapsody: Another movie about music, this time about Queen. I loved learning the story of the band and the acting is really good. Love the music too, obviously!
