Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well!
Today I decided to share my favorite food and snacks for the fall season. I don’t really share that much food related content on my blog, so I thought it would be a good idea to share some of my favorite things to eat during fall.
Please let me know what you like to eat during this gorgeous season, I would love to know😊🍂
One of my favorite fall drinks has to be the pumpkin spice latte. I usually get mine at Starbucks, but you can totally make your own at home or buy one at another coffee shop. I don’t drink that much coffee, but I do enjoy drinking lattes. And this fall themed one is just so good! A lot of people say it’s overrated, but I really love it. Have you tried it yet? Let me know!
When it gets colder, I drink a lot of tea (a LOT). My favorites are usually flavored green teas, but last year I was gifted this fall themed tea from Whittard, which is a pumpkin spice flavored oolong tea. I loved it so much that I repurchased it for this fall! If you love pumpkin spiced things you will love this tea. It also reminds me of Christmas teas because they usually have a lot of spices in them as well. Love it!
I have to say, I really hate the cold seasons. But, I always get super excited because I can eat roasted chestnuts, which are one of my absolute favorite things to eat in fall and winter. They are super easy to make, I usually just roast them in the oven (you can find lots of recipes online) or I also like to buy some in the streets of Lausanne or Geneva. I really love the taste of them and they are healthy as well. So delish!
This is a super easy snack that one of my friends introduced me to. It’s the classic, yet delicious, apple and cinnamon. You can eat this snack hot or cold, in the sense that I love to cut an apple and just sprinkle some cinnamon on top, or you can cook the apples with some sugar and cinnamon in a pan, even with a little bit of butter (there are a lot of recipes online). It’s quick and easy, love it!
Fall and winter time call for comforting and warm foods. I am not a huge soup fan, but I do enjoy a simple pumpkin soup! There are tons of recipes online, you can add a lot of different veggies and spices to your soup. Doesn’t this photo make your mouth water?
I don’t think any other food screams fall as much as an apple pie. I think apple pie is my favorite kind of pie, especially if you add some cinnamon! There is a lot of different recipes and variations of the apple pie, personally my fave is my mom’s recipe!
And there you guys go, this was my selection of the food & snacks I love to eat during the fall season. I really hope you guys liked this blog post, please let me know what you love to eat/drink in fall!
Thank you so much for reading, have a great day/night and I will talk to you in my next blog post!
All the love,
