Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well!
As some of you may know, I travelled to California with my family; we came back about a week ago. It was really amazing, we went to so many places and saw so many wild animals. The first week of our trip was dedicated to San Francisco, which is such a nice city to walk around. And if you are really into bubble tea, then you must know that SF is a great place to find some really good ones. That’s what this blog post is about, the top 3 places for bubble tea in SF! I narrowed it down to the top 3 (in my opinion of course), since we tried a lot of places haha!
Hope you will enjoy this post and hopefully find it helpful, please let me know what your favorite place for bubble tea is, no matter the location😍
The first place is called Teaspoon and is located on Polk street (which is such a cool street btw, so many nice bars, restaurants, shops,…). As said before, we tried quite a lot of boba places whilst being in SF, but I think this one is my favorite. They have really unique flavors and their tapioca pearls are the best I have tried by far!! They also use real fruit juice, not syrups like other places I have tried in the past. You can choose your level of sweetness, I love when my tea is not too sweet so I loved the 25% option. The staff is really friendly, highly recommend trying this place out. I had the grapefruit garden with boba, AMAZING!! They also have non plastic straws, yay!
2. Boba Guys
The second bubble tea place on my list is Boba Guys. They are actually a bubble tea chain, so they have lots of locations in the city of SF, they also have two locations in Los Angeles as well as in New York city. Despite being a chain, I highly recommend going. They have really unique flavors according to the season and you can also completely customize your drink. I had the matcha peachu and it was soooo good!! Not too sugary, the matcha cold brew was amazing. And adding sparkling water made it really special! The tapioca pearls are really well cooked and they use compostable straws made of bamboo. They also use real fruit juice and make their own fruit purée, which is great. I also highly recommend trying the strawberry matcha latte, really delicious too!!
3. Boba Butt
The third bubble tea place on my list is called Boba Butt. My two favorite things: boba tea and corgis… Such a cute place! I had the grapefruit tea with tapioca pearls and it was really good. The tapioca pearls were nice and chewy, not over cooked. The teas are correctly priced, the small one was about $4.50, if I remember well. Definitely not the most expensive boba place in SF! They have a nice selection of teas, fruit and milk. The flavors are quite classic, but well made and authentic. Love their logo, highly recommend checking them out, who knows maybe you’ll see a corgi!
And there you guys go, I really hope this helped some of you out, seeking the best bubble tea spots in SF! Please let me know if you’ve tried and of the places I talked about, and what your favorite spot is😊
Thank you so much for reading, have a great day/night and I will talk to you in my next blog post!
